Concerning in game aliases

We have seen trolls who use our clan tag in front of their names, just for the heck of it. And when we see a name we don't know, we right away are like, "who is that". Well its polite and lowers stress when you tell fellow clan members who you are. It can be by PM if you like. This is the format to use for PM.

/MSG (name) (message)

And if u are going to use a certain name a lot. We would appreciate you putting a list in your profile, under comments. Here is My own as an example.
