| This could be a good idea, but you would have to be able to spot players with the potential to be a PhantomKnight. For that we would need a Spotter, someone with a good intuition. Otherwise, no. | |

| well sounds like a good thing but there are some issues here.
If we are going to elect a spotter, then we need to be able to be sure that they will pick people who have good skill and talent in them.
Just my idea:
We each have a spotter for a division. Like I spot people for Racing, propo spot people for CTF and Hex spot for HR.
Any objections? | |

| Loverboy, you have taken my idea and modified to it's prime. I don't object, I for one, think it is a stunning idea. Long live the spotters! | |

| Well that's good to hear Hex. - Quote :
- can i spot for hr
After thinking over what propo said as he wanted to spot players for High Rubber. I thought "why have one when we can have two". My new idea is: Two people spot new members for each division: - I spot people for Racing but I'll be alone as there is no one who does raceing in the clan
- Fear and Jovanny spot people for Capture The Flag
- Hex and Propo spot people for High Rubber. Shooting as well if possible
The only issue is that I won't have a partner but that's ok. I have done solo for a long time and I can still manage it. Well my idea is really to have partners so that you will share the work load and get things done quicker. Let me know if my idea doesn't sound right for you all.

| That's a bummer...
Looks like Jovanny will have to do it alone then unless anyone is willing to pair up with him?

| I like to race, I'm truly not great at all the tracks but I'm pretty good at racing in the long run. So I could help you every now and then. | |

| I'm glad you wish to help me out but that's ok. I can still manage on my own. Anyway Hex, try and help out with spotting people in High Rubber with Propo. That should keep you busy for a while so don't put more work for yourself trying to help me Are there two people, in the clan, who can take the job of being spotters for High Rubber Shooting (HRS)? Also, how does Fortress sound? idk if we can really find fortress players but giving it a try would do wonders i guess. A lot of people play fortress Well tell me what you think of them. I'm a Fortress/Racing (and sometimes for the clan, I do CTF) player | |

| Loverboy, remember, people don't join 0110 because thaere are too many people, so we want to keep this as exclusive as possible. I'd say 2-3 for each mode. If you don't like this idea, no offense taken ^^ | |

| Yes i guess so.
2 - 3 spotters for each division sounds fine by me.
All that now matters is who will be the spotters. Any volunteers... or do i pick people?

| I would pick people, because if people volunteer, you never know if they are truly good spotters... You oughta set up a test to find spotters... If you like the idea I can collaborate on it.. If you like | |

| Yes, I thought volunteer is going too easy on people but again there will be some who don't want to be spotters even if i choose them.
I like the idea of testing spotters before they are chosen. That way we can be able to trust them to some limit when picking new members.

| I was thinking.. send them into a server, with random people, and one of our own people as a 'spotter' to be able to test if he knows how.
Variables: T1 = Trusted Spotter S1 = spotter under testing R1 = player
Basically... T1 find a R1 and then sends them in the server, then S1 goes in after the other is in.
If S1 spots R1 and then he/she tells you or whoever is there (there will have to be a ref there, a closely trusted referee), who they think the person who they are supposed to spot is.
Sorry if it's a bit confusing ... just read it over a few times slowly

| You sure know how to confuse the heck out of me. Took me ages to figure out what you were trying to tell me. More than annoying, I find it really funny I had to re-word a few things as most of it didn't really fit in with the rest. I think what you were saying is that we need to have: - A spotter that we can trust
- A spotter that we are testing
- A player that the trusted spotter accepted
ok... From what I can gather: The trusted spotter sends the accepted member into a server with the spotter that we are testing. There the trusted spotter will observer the spotter under testing to see if he/she has what it takes to be a good spotter for that certain division. Is this what you wanted to say?
