Clan Participation and Skill Requirements

As I was browsing through the forum I saw that in one of the posts, or, 'discussions' between Solar, LoverBoy, and I, that there was talk about seeing if certain people in the clan met certain requirements.
Some of the requirements listed were as followed:

• Age of 12
  
• Heightened skill in at least one game mode
  
• Participation in the clan forumboard.
  

As you all know, not many of us are actually that active in the forum, so that requirement would have to be a very low priority factor.
And as for the skills, this would be a very high priority factor. The age, would of course, be a sternly-set limit to all of the clan members.

I was just wondering, are we actually going to do this? Or was it just talk and no walk?

For factor rating, I think a rating from 1 to 5 would be nice.

I think the participation can be reduced to low priority for now.

Ya. The age limit is ... not a main priority but sometimes younger people are immature so I think the current setting for it is good.

I've already gotten full consents from the most active members of the clan and I believe this is a, not the best way, but a nice way to start off in our plan to organize the clan.

I see. I fully agree with the factors of the requirements.
