Clan needs to be re-organised

Hey there everyone.

I have decided to have the whole clan re-organised.

Seriously, we have a few members who hardly appear on the website, post or even do anything. All they do was register and that's about all.

Solarcold has mentioned that we need age limits to limit out people who are under this age because in his opinion, they are not serious so I'm thinking of putting an age limit of 12.

From that, I've decided I should start making rules for us to follow.

RULES OF CLAN:

RULE 1	The age limit for a person to be part of Phantom Knights is 12
RULE 2	The amount of time that a person should be playing to be part of Phantom Knights is 5 Months
RULE 3	If a member or a division leader, wishes to recruit a new member into the clan for whatever reason, they should contact Fear or Lover$Boy and let them know of your decision, clearly stating the reason for recruiting them
RULE 4	If a clan member has more than one nickname, then they will post their other names in this post: concerning-in-game-aliases
RULE 5	To be part of Phantom Knights, you must be active in the website and clan activity
RULE 6	The new member that is to be recruited into the clan should not have a bad attitude.

I think these rules should be sufficient for now and I also hope these rules are easy to follow.

Now the the other thing ... I want everyone, including leaders, to visit the hierarchy list (the link is given in the navigation bar above) to see who in the list are serious about being part of the Phantom Knights to follow the rules that I've stated above. Please talk with the ones who you think needs to b talked to and find out if they still wish to be part of the clan.

All of this is necessary for the betterment of the clan. For these past few weeks the clan was not organised as I wanted to wait for more members to join the clan first but now that we have many members, I have decided it's time that I take the next step in organizing the clan.

I want to hear your thoughts on this new step that I have taken for the clan's future.

Agreed to the fullest LoverBoy. But, you and Solar talked about having.. Sessions, or whatever you wish to call them, to test clan member's skill and whatnot.?

I think those shall be organized. It will be how LB decides.

The skill testing can wait for now.

In the mean time I think contacting the members is what's need to be done first. Once we've confirmed our official members, then I can arrange sessions where members will be testing they skill out in their respective server.

I hope no ones's thinking of testing me ... solarcold can vouch for me that I'm a seriously talented racer and ctf def (one who protects the flag all the time).

You're the clan leader, so, technically you can't be kicked from the clan

I agree 100% with your idea. I believe this is the correct course of action to be taken.

And actually getting into this sort of thing while we are a young clan, will make things much easier in the future.

I agree with what alma had to say about taking the charge while we're still young and fresh.

Agreed. I haven't seen Taylor perform good in any servers that I've watched him, he also doesn't seem to know how to turn CAPS off, and he doesn't talk. Mostly a useless part of the clan.

While I was busy with some other things, Fear was the one who recruited most of the members into the clan. Give him some credit for that at least.

I'm no better than him. I mostly spectate all the time ... but maybe I have different reasons for doing so

Please don't suggest to kick Fear out ... thanks to him and his efforts that the clan has members in it otherwise it would've taken much longer for me alone to pull up the clan.

I may sound like i'm defending Fear but I'm just stating what he had already done for the clan.

Well I am the one who recruited Taylor Gang. And I watched him for quite a while. I've watched him kick ass on Afro thunder too many times (including my own). He actually beats me on Afro more than I beat him. Also he is part of my High rubber group (which is mostly Afro based) so he is not required to be good at to many different types of servers.

And believe me I take recruiting seriously. I refuse to take in anyone, that causes me to have any doubts. And him being a friend does not make me partial. I've friends who want in PK. And I've politely refused.

I don't know much about Taylor actually, but I second that: he is really good fr player, I saw him owning the afro server, as Alma has already said.

I was saying from all I've seen. From what I've seen he doesn't talk and is... Quite immature. SO if he's good, that's your opinion, but I have yet to see it.

Well ill talk to Taylor, and ask him to talk a little more to pk| members at least. But a lack of talking is not really a issue i think. As long as he is not an ass with a bad attitude.

And ya, just make sure u catch him on Afrothunder's high rubber a number of times (i say a number off times because we all have bad days). And even better catch Taylor and I on the server together. You may want to start talking about demoting me after that

you know ... another guy going by the name "Taylor Gang" ... just my thinking.

I met someone who uses the same name s asdf but when i speak with him, he never responds and then later I found out that "asdf" name is also being used by someone else. Maybe this is also similar to that kind of situation?

I believe in Alma's judgement more than mine so I don't believe she would suddenly pick someone who's going to be shitty about the clan or going off his mouth or ignore other clan members.

Also guys, I don't understand why it's such a big deal to have "Clan Kills" ... it's such a waste of time to be angry about it ... after all, people are fighting to win so naturally you would have someone from the clan kill you to score points.

Also, I've been thinking of assigning the most active members the job to seek out members to check with them about the new plan for the clan.

How does that sound?

LOL ya. Ive watched other clan's members cuss, and hate at each other over clan kills. Its actually quite amusing to watch

But really. Only tourneys are the time to make sure u do not kill clan members.

Oh, and if I ever do detect a problem with anyone I recruit. I will not hesitate to report em myself, and will personally ask that they be kicked. (This includes any fore-mentioned subjects)
